Hi, my name is Konstantin Komarov, Founder, Owner & Operator of DZEN Construction based in Seattle, WA.

My approach to construction is shaped by an international background, with influences from different traditions, materials, and approaches to delivering high-quality work. I bring that perspective into every project, combining craftsmanship with thoughtful design and practical problem-solving.

I specialize in flooring, including floor leveling, engineered wood and Marmoleum installations, as well as finish carpentry and acoustic treatment for residential and commercial spaces.

With more than ten years of experience in construction, I approach each project with precision, intention, and a genuine appreciation for the process, the materials, and the goals my clients want to achieve.
